These non traditional advertising methods are highly effective tactics that can play an effective part in the local advertiser’s marketing strategy. Non traditional is designed to cut through the clutter of traditional advertising to grab the attention of your customer.

The majority of out of home advertising is designed to appeal to women, who often make purchase decisions for their household. By placing advertisements on dry cleaning bags or beauty salons, you are reaching a very specific demographic, and you can choose what geographical location interests you.

Beauty salon billboard advertising can allow you to reach a captive audience for hours. Even the aprons, process boards and manicure mats in beauty salons can be turned into advertisements for your company. o Competitive increases in advertising by competitors mimicing successful advertising methods

The other two causes had to deal with marketing elements of the product such as the packaging.
